Great C-level leadership team in place, tremendous amount of autonomy and recognition of effort. It's not a massive company so you won't get lost in the shuffle but its not tiny either so you have some resources to work with. While it's a growing company so you may not be able to do everything you want, it does present an opportunity to knock the cover off the ball and see your efforts impact the bottom line. Great work-life balance, too.
