      Pros

      Wonderful supportive people and great benefits for a large mid-size co.! And their sales enablement effort is top-notch. If you are working with one of their smaller foot print products, your experience will likely be awesome!

      Cons

      This is a growth by acquisition company and has growing pains ergo your experience will be different for each product in some respects. Currently their sales process is organized around their smaller footprint products with short sales cycle and implementation. Sales enablement is currently set up to support that sales process, so if you are working with long term sales process product you will experience mid alignment of goals at times.

      Each branch software runs independently Each branch software still has to run under ECI general umbrella Consultants don't receive any bonuses Commission is a low hourly rate (i.e. $12/hr)
