Pros
The flexibility and freedom that come with the job, the company is full of supportive people willing to give a hand, and they genuinely care about their employees. Strong base pay, and opportunity to make a ton of money.
Cons
Training during the initial stages should a more product-focused instead of a selling strategy. If you are working here, you should know how to sell, and their methodology works for sure, but if there was a bit more advocacy between products and feature sets it will go a long way.
