Constant change in leadership so people come and go which isn't great for morale and frustrating. There are usually layoffs every year it seems

Great business for folks who are comfortable with many hats.

Pros

The HR policies at this company are very employee-friendly in most cases. They are very aware that their employees are human beings who have lives outside of work. There's a lot of great upward movement available after a year of employment. Pay is acceptable to good, on a scale of bad->low->acceptable->good->great->gratuitous.

Cons

Many positions are expected to take on workloads far larger than many other companies might request or require. There's also a void where software quality assurance should be, which is painful for the customers and likely the support staff as well.
