Pros

The company has some great personality and some helpful individuals. The work of acquisition and migration felt meaningful most of the time. There was a lot to learn.

Cons

There is a lot to learn and very little help or time to do so. Even when you feel like you're succeeding and moving at the speed of light management was displeased and will not pick performance issues instead of praising the growth and development. Performance improvement is a strategic way to remove you from the company. There is little I'm the way of patience in a startup like environment. While the company may seem large be warned you will wear many hats like a startup. In economic hard times the company would rather quietly eliminate employees than announce layoffs to save face to possible investors or buyers. This can mean last in and first out for your job.

Pros

- The onboarding was quick and I was working with my manager right away defining my role and training. - Like most larger companies, there benefits are extensive and affordable, health, life, vision, dental and 401K. - So far the people I work with are great - I am able to work remotely

Cons

- For the starting pay for my position PSS, there is extensive learning required to learn all the facets of the product being supported and the requirements for daily work completed (once I am trained) are very challenging. The knowledge needed even to come in with deems a yearly salary 10,000 to 15,000 more. - Just the fact that I am working remotely should allow higher pay from the saving the company get for not having to provide office space. - With this large of a company, the idea of how the company is owned and managed with outside investment groups holding the reins is concerning. - The 401K matching could be higher to help retain employees.
