The manager/team lead will lie in order to get what they want. They act like they have your back, but they don't. They only care about themselves and what we can do to benefit them.

Leadership direction is challenging with their thought on the business and the customer base. No leeway with customers, all about having a cash cow of revenue increase, causing a high loss in customer turn over, especially on the manufacturing side. Leadership doesn't connect with customers as much as they should, hiding behind the individual contributor roles to take on difficult challenges with customers. Product investment is very minimal on certain vertical products, especially those that are on legacy products. Not good collaboration within departments, which is difficult when trying to work with a client. eci's overall great place to work is good outside of manufacturing.
