      Not A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Honestly since Corona, this place has been a terrible work environment. We get to work from home, but other than that, nothing good has come out of it.

      Cons

      Few internal promotions, benefits, raises and bonuses were cut, and workload has been increased.

      Love the product I represented. I felt it was the "Cadillac" of the industry

      They claim to be a positive, supportive work environment that care about their employees. Nothing was further from the truth in my division. No support. Not honest people. Quota attainment was impossible. Lies about the culture and lies about the income potential. Great training but not meant for the division I was in so I had to take what I could from the training given and train myself. I did an outstanding job but they just decided they made a poor management choice in adding sales personnel so I paid the price. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT SOMEONE.

      Good people, friendly office environments, good software

      Cons

      Lots of turnover on certain teams. They're in the business of acquisitions and they're constantly changing things, restructuring, buying and selling software products. It can be difficult to stay focused on your job when all of that is happening around you. Even though they talk a lot about the culture and values, I didn't really see an actual culture for the company, aside from making money.
