      Pros

      - Diverse benefits package comparable to others in the area - Open door policy - employees are encouraged to communicate, even with upper level mgmt. - Approachable/involved senior leadership team - Continual company growth opportunities; always looking for acquisitions to benefit company portfolio - Employees have transparent view into company direction, financial picture, etc. - Quarterly employee rewards/recognition presented with entire ECi associate audience - Co-workers are a second family; strong teamwork - Opportunities for advancement - Casual work environment is a perk - Customer-focused

      - No formal career development plan in place, but supposedly it's coming soon - Great ideas are discussed/planned, but some never come to fruition or aren't implemented on a timely basis - Most advancement opportunities involve moving/relocating--need to increase remote workforce

      casual atmosphere, full benefits package, growing company, lots of 10+ year tenor here, lots of internal support and collaboration throughout the company, good work/life balance

      Pros

      Very flexible schedule. When you need to take time off it is never an issue. Very rarely do you have to work weekends. You do not have to be on call. You get plenty of time off. The work environment is good.

      Cons

      Low salary with minimum raises. There is no 401K matching.
