      Nice enough people, horrible experience, really poor Support

      Pros

      Many of your co-workers will be really nice. Plenty of autonomy.

      Cons

      Support, across the board, is awful. Customers told me they wouldnt buy additional products...many were looking to LEAVE...almost exclusively due to poor Support. Account Managers in multiple divisions lament this fact all the time. Rigid rules. Even when something is going 100% downhill, management is slow to respond, referring to the ol' "we've always done it this way" mentality. Had 1 boss who was hella nice, and kept telling me everything is fine. Then got a second boss, who's idea of a 1:1 is talking for 15 minutes straight, scowling at any interruptions for clarity, and then saying "I gotta run". In other words - you're completely on your own and you better get it right because you won't get too much constructive feedback before it's too late.

      Customer Service - Non Existent

      Pros

      Some Co- Workers. Nothing else really. Pay, customer service, development, finance, sales awful

      Cons

      Customers are just a number and a cash cow to this company. No consistent billing structure that I could see. Management are headless chickens interested in making budgets rather than giving good customer service. Products are sub standard full of bugs held together with band aids. No people development or career structure even if say there is and they only employ people who kiss butt and say yes to the leadership team. You can't have an opinion that differs. Customers need to find alternative solutions as this company will bleed you dry.
