- Autonomy and flexibility to run and report on your projects in a way that works best for you - Multiple different project management tools available to use, based on your specific style or project needs - You stay busy, but its not overly stressful. Leadership is understanding and flexible with projects and does not put unnecessary pressure on teams - I have witnessed ZERO toxic people, environments, cultures, etc - Leadership asks for input, listens and hears it, and acts on it when they can - Great transparency into company and team changes - Lots of opportunity to learn new things, get involved in different types on projects, and take on additional duties if you want them - Interactive tools used to support each other, recognize hard work, give each other shout outs, etc

Cons

Although their are a ton of opportunities across the company, there are not clear progression plans for PM's on how they can move up, get promoted, etc.

ECI is a great place to work! Managers are supportive and available, pay is competitive, and work-life balance is encouraged!

Cons

Large team sizes make cross-collaboration tricky, but it's on people's radar so I am hopeful that this gap can be bridged.

I have loved working at ECI! My manager and mentors value and support me. They challenge me to grow and develop my skills while allowing me the autonomy to work independently, without micromanagement. ECI promotes a healthy work-life balance, which significantly enhances my daily experience. Overall, it’s a great place to work!

Cons

Gender diversity: There are barely any women in my department, and I sometimes feel outnumbered—but that's typical in a software company.
