Eased into tasks. Training is well thought out. There is a great knowledge base is shared within the team. You get out what you put in. Your work-life is very flexible and hardly ever conflicts. The headquarters location is always presenting numerous opportunities for locals and students seeking new opportunities in their careers. Employee are presented with tools, devices, and services that meet their needs and requirements. Security awareness is constantly reinforced and tested.
Cons
Cubicals are generally populated within locations but there exists open spaces to accommodate for them. Trainings can be lengthy and often boring which can lead to problems with new employees slacking off or feeling unfulfilled as it takes a while to get accustomed to the environment and several projects and structures that make up the company (the learning curve it is not for everyone but definitely is doable for those who want to learn and improve). The headquarters location can be a difficult commute and living close can present a challenge because it is in a very overcrowded area with little available space
