Pros
If you want a challenging career that will push you to solve complex problems while giving you the flexibility and freedom to explore possible options, then ECRS is perfect for you. I fully believe my skills wouldn't have developed as rapidly in any other company. The biggest benefit I can think of working at ECRS is the balance between work and personal life, which I believe is up to each person to embrace. It's easy to get heavily involved with work, but ECRS gives plenty of flexibility, and encouragement, to balance out your life. I have a great sense of pride of the work I do at ECRS, I feel a strong sense of ownership in my job and that can be felt across the whole company of passionate co-workers. There's a reason why the company has held onto so many employees for the long-term.
Cons
ECRS is striving to make changes in a ever evolving technological world. These changes can be painful in times. There are processes that could be better implemented, which I believe are already well underway. Base compensation could be better, but with that said there are plenty of opportunities for hard-work rewarded with a very generous bonus
