CIO Doesn't Even Say Hello to Employees
Pros
Lots of money for technology. Spending millions of dollars on technology. Very nice employees who are trying to do the right things by the company.
Cons
Millions spent on technology and only good training spent on people who work on Healthspan. They force people out because they don't got up to date skills and hire all their friends from their old company. CIO believes any bad stuff about us and wants only people who tell her yes. We lost great bosses because she didn't like him and he retired. Nearly everybody left us and was replaced with a director or other manager but no people to do work so we pay outsiders to do it who teaching us nothing. It makes me feel very sad for us. Everyone is afraid the CIO and is moving all of technology to Raleigh to be in with other hospitals.
