Pros

1. Excellent benefits 2. Above market rate compensation 3. Centrally located in rapidly growing mid size city 4. Parking 5. Employee clinic, wellness center, and employee pharmacy

Cons

1. One of only 3 biggest employers in the City; therefore, management is not accountable for "BAD" behavior. 2. Favoritism: all levels of management have select individuals that are groomed, trained and exposed to growth. Exclusion: those who are not favored don't get invited to training, meetings, are the last to know of any implementations. Ageism: other than mid to upper management those who are favored, trained and given opportunity for growth are under 40 "not of color". Few key positions are held by minority women and 0.01% by minority men. 4. Leadership is authoritative, rude, and borderline mean. 5. High level of stressed out team members.

Pros

I’m honestly not to entirely sure of any pros…

Cons

Working here has been nothing but, depressing, and pitiful. For this to be a hospital, it surely don’t seem like it. People here are focused on the wrong things, as if they don’t have a whole job to do. If they was to direct their care towards the patients and pour their attention to the patients instead of other people business and negativity then the patient care will improve and their reviews and rating will improve in return. Nowhere do these nurses have an ounce of care, or compassion in their body. Tons of bullying happens here. If you actually have feelings, and care about your job you will be drained of all that here, these people here will literally suck it out of you. Idk why you can’t take a day off or miss work without them dragging you to lleh or back. If you take the appropriate steps to go to HR or management about any type of abusive behavior you’ll only be abused or punished further. No matter how hard you work, you reaps little to no type of recognition or reward, while there’s plenty of people who do absolutely nothing and gets by all because they are with the “in crowd”. Lots of inappropriate behavior going on here as far as explicit relations amongst people, hostility and conflict, abuse of power, bullying. With me having worked here, I wouldn’t even for one second think to take a family member or myself here in time of a crisis.
