Pros

Nothing. Honestly nothing good about this workplace. They have budgets for employee morale that they put towards revenue instead of building employees up.

Cons

Dirty work place. Unfair treatment at all levels. Upper Management thinks the jobs performed should be done in the Philippines. Favoritism is crazy they are racist and will fire you for illness even after you follow all HR processes.

Management for the most part trys to be helpful and supportive as much as possible with in the corporate structure

Cons

Promotions more to favorites than who is qualified. To get promoted is the only way to get a raise they never give any kind of raises not even cost of living pay is $9.62 an hr going in. They micro manage you to death You are treated like kindergartners constantly moving you around because people can't be grown ups and gey as long
