      High Turnover for a Reason

      Pros

      Great initial training and other members of team.

      Cons

      High Turnover of employees doesn't instill confidence. Management would rather keep the Old Guard than train up newer employees to do more tasks. A lot of disagreements with managers and the mess effects the team. 12 hour shifts can be a bit gruelling.
