Work Remote flexibility, good benefits, compatible pay.

Cons

Core value "we take care of our own" is not practiced from leadership. It is more like "we take care of ourselves." Also, "we are trustworthy, our word is our bond" is also not practiced. Beware! The leadership team is not very good and out for themselves.
