Business Outlook
Pros
If you are a self starter and can/like to work on your own, this is a great place! You have the opportunity to learn the system, while working at a customer. So there is an understanding if you don't have alot of AX experience. Business is there and they are focused on several verticals, which is helpful as a consultant.
Cons
Management keeps holding out the carrot of bonuses...haven't seen it come near as big as initially presented. At this point in time, billable hours is THE highest priority. Processes to do things are constantly changing. Communication is at a minimum. Things culture wise will probably dip for another 12-18 months before it gets better. It will get better, but it is going to be painful in the process.
