The place which gives to its employees great education and self-development opportunities. Very comfartable and friendly working environment with well-qualified specialists. CEO really takes care of employees and value them. A lot of attention is focused on culture of the company, empowerment. These all make you feel a member of a big team that move one direction.

Pros

Transparent, timely information sharing, fast reactions, supportive attitude, wise decisions (though not always popular), great initiatives aimed to build a unique culture and a strong team.

Cons

I wish we had not so many new processes at the same time as it does not give enough time to get used to one before another one starts.
