Pros

Leadership. Colleagues. Culture is the best of the best - they do the right thing always & puts people first - in action, not just word. Vision for the future. The leadership team is stellar while setting an aggressive path forward.

Cons

As long as we learn from mistakes, adapt and move on, I don't think it's a con, I think its a good thing.

Pros

Enavate is a great place to grow as a technical specialist and as a leader as well! Enavate has a variety of different projects and supports career rotation, which allows specialists to fully realize their potential. You have the opportunity to learn from the professionals in each sphere and the company encourages it with different mentorship programs. Enavate always listens to employees and supports their ideas, here you can write an email/setup a meeting with a CEO and just share what bothers you and you will always be heard! We based in 4 different regions: USA, Canada, Ukraine and Belarus and have the same culture across all the regions, where every team member is valuable and can make a difference. Enavate it's about culture, transparency and empowerment!

Cons

Even if we have any cons they are managed very fast!

Collaborative work place.

Pros

Company culture is focused on a team collaboration environment. There is a lot of positive management pressure geared toward constant improvement, innovation, and growth. I was always encouraged to take reasonable and calculated chances, and not to be afraid of making mistakes. Most people are friendly and very knowledgeable about their field. The interactions with management are very inclusive and transparent.

Cons

There can be stressful situations as the company is actively growing
