Pros

Friendly atmosphere, great team. This is a place where your thoughts and ideas are interesting. Intensive workflow, with constant self-improvement. Excellent working conditions and flexible hours. The control is transparent and open to feedback.

Cons

Sometimes there are failures in work, possibly due to improper planning. But it seems to me that no one is immune from this.

Pros

Warm atmosphere, high performance standards, place where people are ready to listen your voice and ideas, no bureaucracy, flexible schedule, feeling good if to some up

Cons

Haven`t noticed so far, we`ll see

Great place to grow

Pros

There is the perfect environment to grow in Enavate. Management is transparent and open to feedback. The team is the biggest benefit is the company but not the only one :) Everybody is very friendly and ready to help. The professionalism of the team is very high.

Cons

Sometimes the decision-making process might take really long time what is weird as Enavate is not a big corporation

Thank you for your review and great insight. I completely agree, the team is what really stands out. I am so proud of being surrounded by such a great team. With regards to the decision making, I have seen the same and are spending a lot of time trying to figure this out. I am working with the leaders about building more confidence and have them to learn to take more risk and make faster (and better) decisions. As a part of our Empowerment journey, the decision-making process will be delegated to the organization, and that should speed up a lot! If you do see anything where you feel we were to slow to make the decision or too bureaucratic, then please feel free to reach out, so I can learn and we can discuss what to do better.
