Pros

Great team. Excellent opportunity for growing.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. The leadership does not have an understanding how to manage this business . The leadership does not see the employees as people; they see them as resources.

Pros

Great people with a huge experience to learn. Company tries to be transparent and to improve based on employees feedback.

Cons

Sometimes bad sings happens, but company is doing best to overcome this.

Good potential, leadership still learning how to, but on the right track

Pros

I was one of the persons who welcomed transition from Celenia to Enavate, as I saw no career development for myself personally under the old business model. And so far, my personal expectations paid off immensely. I got new and exciting roles in great projects, I got my chance to shine, basically, and the future prospects seem good.

Cons

Everything is dependent on the team and the project, as probably, anywhere, hence some of negative reviews; but the management is still struggling to find their sure path, constantly shifting bonus programs, personal development plans, etc. Payout to employees is highly dependent on customer payments which is a risk.
