      Get paid for every hour you work there, including overtime. Pretty easy upward mobility. Relaxed work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Dress Code. Lots of boring, mundane tasks. Often times efficiency is not stressed.

      Lots of positions and room for potential growth. Good work culture, decent compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Training and mentoring is few and far between. Need more senior engineers to part their knowledge to the younger generation.

      Pros

      EN Engineering has a great benefits program with good paid time off and half days on fridays. The people are good too

      Cons

      The work at EN engineering can be boring at times and the pay could be a bit higher. Also management should encourage good work more.
