      Pros

      The culture is amazing and one of the most positive ones I have been in. The job comes with hard work but it is meaningful and doesn't even feel like work.

      Cons

      The company gets hectic when major storms come through. However, this is natural and out of the company's control.

      Pros

      Awesome people, good pay, yearly COL raises, wonderful company. If you are lucky enough to get a job there never ever leave!

      Cons

      Family members cannot work there as full time employees.

      Pros

      The company is one of the best to work for in the area. They offer great benefits from day one to full time employees, their pay is competitive, and the culture is great. EPB is big enough to have a lot of offer, but small enough to still get to know everybody and really feel like a community.

      Cons

      It's a utility, so depending on your position, if there is a storm or blizzard, you're going to have to work.
