Pros

interesting projects around the globe

Cons

they treat employees badly, hire and promote poorly and let really good people go. once you're a partner, your treated like god and if you're not a partner, you are to worship those who are. medieval atmosphere unless you luck out in a good group. I didn't. Work life balance-doesn't exist. You're paid for 40 hours but you work 50-60-it's just expected

Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn on the job

Cons

No emphasis on training/development. Sub-avg compensation for the industry which is already very low. You won't see effort match compensation until 15 or so yrs in IF you make Partner.
