Pros

Some hard working people but feels like company is giving up all the characteristics that had made the company good.

Cons

Prioritizing superficial client relationships over relationships that strengthened through years of great client work and technical depth, loss of business focus, total disregard for work culture...

Pros

Work from home; great benefits

Cons

Undergoing a huge transformational (business model and cultural experience) effort - this type of change is extremely difficult for employees - many of the best are leaving and going to the competition

Pros

Global opportunities to diversify work, good people, encourages employees to travel and work from other offices. Bonuses are good if you do well.

Cons

Lack of leadership, depending on locale, may need to sharpen your elbows. Tough for training and development. Pay lower than industry standard.
