      It has better than average benefits

      It is almost impossible to grow in the company because there isn't an organized fair way to measure success in the company, there are also no support systems in place to help you grow as a professional. The pay is unfair and bad compared to other companies, it isn't competitive

      Great people, safety and training. A global company that feels small. They will work with you until they find you the right fit in the company

      Way over 40hrs a week commitment on salary pay...so anything after 40 hrs is free work. They expect 95% billability
