ERP Suites reviews

I don't know where to begin. This is the worst place I've ever worked. Prior to joining last year, I was at a competitor, which I thought was bad. This place is worse. The healthcare costs are ridiculous. There are so many managers, senior managers, directors, and executive directors it's like you can make up a title and just not do anything. I can't help a customer with a simple issue without having to involve 20 other people in the company. Don't get me started on customer satisfaction. In my old company we had unhappy customers but not to the level that's at ERP Suites. Our customers are an entirely new level of angry and I totally understand why. I am in meeting after meeting after meeting and we have meetings to discuss other meetings. For the first 3 months, my paycheck was wrong. It's probably still messed up but I've given up trying to deal with people here that don't care, don't respond to simple requests for help. I'd rather put the time and energy in finding a new job.

Senior management is terrible with communication..... My training was to shadow the CEO and he was hardly ever in the office, and would never communicate to me when he was in/out of the office.
