Pros

This place doesn't really have any pros anymore. The remainder of available staff is what they could keep.

Cons

They laid off a decent percentage of their company recently and have not followed through in their promises. When they laid off everyone, they gave no warning, no severance, and no compassion. They then held a meeting that it was 'their responsibility', and yet they took no responsibility for it, they left everyone else to clean up their mess. The business doesn't really have any SOP, technical or contractual, and often offers promises they can't keep to both employees and customers. The infrastructure is questionable and my advice to you if you're interested in this company, is to thoroughly ask about it.

I wasted way too many years

Pros

I was drawn to this company because of the work they do, the industry they are in and how well (at least from the outside) they appeared to run. In reality I found there to be some wonderful people and I felt like I could be successful.

Cons

It was clear from the start everything was a facade. I play in a band during my personal time and it reminds me of those bands you hear play that may have a few great musicians, but no harmony, no teamwork, no sense of purpose. Each player tries to outplay the other, some are playing to the crowd, some to the back of the stage, some are offstage not amped, and many are getting paid, but not even playing! As an experienced musician, I did my best to orchestrate to harmony and alignment, but its just not going to happen. What a waste of my life.

Pros

The position was remote and the schedule was somewhat flexible. Although, primarily dictated by the 30+ customers assigned to me.

Cons

Very low pay, insanely low with YEARS between raises. I was once give a raise of $1000.00 per year on my "salary" after 2 years of "discussions" about it and 3 years of no increase. As an 8 year senior Service Delivery Manager I was being paid below the low range of the salary for that position in Cincinnati OH.
