-Flexible schedule -Great coworkers -Everyone's friendly -Work from home

Cons

-No raises/bonuses -Insanely high healthcare costs for spouse and family. If you need to cover a family expect to pay 17,500-24,500 a year. If only covering employee healthcare is free.

Cons

Organizational management is considerably lacking. Leadership is starving for positive acknowledgement. No accountability and no direction. The company is not respected in the industry.
