Local company, community focused, does offer PTO, healthcare

Cons

Very clicky, loyalty and hard work don't get you anywhere, hard to advance or learn different things, the older you get the less you are respected, my supervisor actually said they should get rid of anyone 40+ because they have nothing to offer, management often tells people what they want to hear just to pacify employee (and I've been told that's a common practice).
