Pros

The casual atmosphere, a CEO who genuinely cares, great perks, and amazing coworkers make this place the best place I had ever worked. Its place as an industry leader and the growth of the company afford ample opportunity for work on interesting projects.

Cons

When I was there the salaries were not aggressive, but in retrospect all the other benefits more than made up for that.

nepotism and complete lack of transparency in HR. Sadly pulls the company into a whispering state about whether or not you are in the right "church"
