Pros
Great atmosphere. Truly what I would call a family focused business. All employees have direct access to management and the CEO himself even! There are many fun events held each year as well. The company as a whole is very good at keeping up with trends in technology and strives to be a leader in the industry rather than a follower.
Cons
There is little room for advancement, although this is mainly because people at ETC stay there for years usually. There does seem to be a favorites game played. Also, many years went by without raises, I don't know the reason for this, but some money decisions seem odd to me. I mean, we get endless free soda, old vending machines are replaced with new ones, the coffee machines were replaced and the water filters changed three times while I was there. It just seems odd to me that money would be spent on these things when employees can't get raises because we are too tight on money.
