      work-life balance, discount on clothes, great customers, great part-time staff

      Cons

      If you are a person that likes to take initiative, think out of the box, come up with new ideas, this is not the place for you. The strong culture is a double edged sword - Very specific way of doing things. Store managers are limited to selling, coaching, merchandising and operational tasks.

      It definitely is a fun, lively environment to work in. Fun upbeat music, generally nice customers and a beautiful store.

      Cons

      They want you to estimate the jean size of every customer and bring in 3 pairs into the fitting room every time a customer wanted to try something on. This is very awkward on many levels - like when someone is just coming in for a t-shirt and you try to "add on" a pair of $168 jeans! There is no commission but plenty of pressure to keep your numbers high which oftentimes results in a lack of integrity from the stylists. "That looks so great on you!!!!!!!!!!!" Ummmmm, no, not always.
