Love the relationships built, the people I work with, the customers I meet, and obviously the amazing clothing!

Cons

Doing your best work can be exhausting, physically and mentally. But it's the same thing that makes it rewarding!

Pros

It's hard to say, there used to be cute clothes, but they were expensive, now they are inexpensive, but cheap!!

Cons

They set this company up as though they empower women, yet when I worked there it was all about Megan's husband Mike, Mike wants this, Mike sees the vision this way. He runs the show. I will give him this though, he's obviously convincing enough that he's fooled the customers into thinking they are following a woman leader and not a man.

Pros

It is a relaxed environment, no commission makes it easy to work with the other salespeople to help customers. The schedule was flexible and management is understanding.

Cons

The sales style management encourages is a little pushy for me. I felt like I had to be following customers around the store with merchandise options.
