      Pros

      Friendly work environment, competitive pay, good benefits

      Cons

      Fast growing company (which is good), but losing some of the small company perks such as more personal work environment, large happy hours and company parties, etc... Much of this can't be avoided so I don't hold it against the company.

      Pros

      Good managers. Help in promoting the employees. Fun and good working enviroment makes the employee to work with more enthusiasm.

      Cons

      There is no downside from my point of view. Just some employees recruited by the company play politics in the office. Which makes its enviroment and atmosphere difficult to deal with.
