      Intouch Solutions provided the perfect environment for a summer internship in advertising and marketing.

      Pros

      Interns were given real responsibilities with client work and were welcomed and included in all agency and team activities. The intern class was assigned a team project that gave everyone exposure to different fields and provided great presentation experience.

      Cons

      The workload tends to fluctuate, but that goes along with being in the advertising and marketing industry. For the most part, I kept busy.

      This is a great place to work. Still fairly small so plenty of opportunities for personal growth. Upper management is is great and overall it's a friendly place to work at.

      Pros

      Good job stability due to their growth. Nice location and office space.

      Cons

      Communication needs to be improved for the increased growth. Working groups tend to be a bit clickish, so making friends is the key to a career path. Unexpected revisions will add up to long work days.
