Where to start... First of all lack of basic office supply such as glasses, mugs, clean tea towels. Coffee and milk are available once a week (if lucky). The working environment is challenging due to constant club music blaring 24/7. The operations/sales leaders and founders are vocal about diversity (do not mention neurodiversity) and well being but push for a very toxic competitive mindset, without delivering clear business strategy... Please avoid, your mental health and well being is more important.

Company has fallen off the cliff since the beginning of last year due to the company recklessly hiring without any planning or strategy behind this. Since then over half the workforce has been made redundant or fired using very underhanded tactics (they were at 70 heads at one point but now down to under 40 people). This is a real shame because they had sold the dream to a lot of people to join their business. What is even more bizarre and reckless is they started to advertise positions to work for their business 6 weeks after the redundancies showing the lack of workforce planning and their hiring on a whim tactic... The culture of the business is very toxic and lack diversity, Most the incentives are alcohol fuelled with no alternative options for those who do not want to participate. If you are serious about joining this business, take a look on LinkedIn and you'll be able to see who have left the business since the shambolic sackings at the end of the year. You'll find that a lot of their good people have also left as they found the practices carried out very unethical.
