Flexibility to work from home regularly. Cool sector.

Cons

Poor internal communication from managers and leadership. Lots of changes. Lots of it not well communicated. Misleading benefits.

Pros

Great people. Interesting industry, good compensation, a lot of flexibility. Great marketing, strong brand awareness, the foundations of a very strong and well-trained sales team.

Cons

A leadership team that is only interested in maximising their own income. A member of the board with a racist, sexist, transphobic social media presence. The focus on BD and lack of roles is leading to unnecessary internal competition. Weekly sales calls are used as a way to micromanage and show favouritism. Working hours on the American market can be very long, and managers like to contact employees out of hours and on weekends.
