Meet some really amazing people! Benefits are great, if you pick the right plan. They separate your Sick days from your PTO.

Cons

This place is so "clicked-up" it's ridiculous. From managers to the people working in HR. If you're not kissing their a... you won't last long. They will fire good, hard working employees over those hardly doing any work simply because they're opening their a... cheeks and kissing enthusiastically.

It was a good company at first.

Cons

Politics is strong in the office. The kinds of things people who are close to the higher ups are insane. One guy kicked a female employee and got away with it. Fast forward a couple of months same guy punched same girl and although he was fired, when it was still being investigated, the manager;who was close with the guy, said to the girl,”you should have been more patient”. Because he believed that it was the girl’s fault becausw she provoked him. My back pay took almost 6 months to process. You can no longer convert your SLs at the end of the year and they don’t give double pay during holidays. Just the amount of hours your shift consumes on that holiday. Plus some team leads only got promoted because they were close to the higher ups and they do a crappy job doing their job so good luck with that.
