      The company attempts to leverage new employees business networks

      Cons

      They over charge their clients by having consultants bill more hours than they work on a project. They have consultants billing 2,200 and 2,300 hours a year which is not possible. The leadership is not trustworthy. They experience massive turnover at all levels due to their lack of ethics and how they treat employees.

      If you like to work long hours for a very demanding company this is the company for you!

      Cons

      Long hours. Demanding requirements under constrained working conditions. The Security Dept. often blocks your letters from going out to the insured asking for required documentation needed to complete premium audits. Also, unrealistic results are demanded to achieve numerical goals even when insureds fail to cooperate in sending the requested documents to the company through their portal.

      Colleagues and team members are good to work with and flexibility in working hours.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and misogyny are rampant in the organization. No amount of messaging on D&I and women leadership can wipe away what's in the DNA.
