      Good work if you get staffed right, based on luck

      Cons

      Lack of proper processes or structure No personal or career development in place, which is terrible for a consulting org Horrible leadership, very few people to look up to Random appraisal process, biding time is the best strategy Was there an HR dept? No diversity, barely any US citizens, mostly Indians with a sprinkling of Chinese people at the lower levels

      The only Pro that I can remotely associate with this company is a steady paycheck and sometimes that is questionable

      They take great companies and turn them into a miserable place to work High attrition rates Horrible management worried more about making themselves look good than managing effectively and gaining the respect of those they manage Jobs being lost to oversees workers or workers brought here on visa's Layer upon layer of bureaucracy Increased workload Poor work life balance Poor overall work culture

      Worst company culture.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Pay is also decent. I can't think of anything else positive to say.

      Cons

      Where do I start.. The company is headquartered in NYC but they run it like it's still a company based out of India. Processes are confusing, policies do not make sense for US employees since they are created by "corporate" in India, and management needs training on managing their teams.
