      Great work to start, great projects, VERY flexible. But when you get experience it's time to move on.

      Pros

      The company is VERY flexible. Bosses generally are great to work with. Very family like environment. The projects are one of a kind, you won't find such projects in many other companies. FOr new engineers, it's a great learning environment = the company has very very good and smart engineers

      Cons

      Very little to no increase in salary since started. Sometimes your supervisors are very busy that they sometimes forget to help and assist you if needed. In addition, when there seems an opportunity for you to grow and take a position higher, the company prefers to hire from outside rather than using people from inside.

      Pros

      Many avenues to work with, although locations are outside of the area. People there are positive and have strong values.

      Cons

      Disconnect from cooperate office, at times finding billable projects was challenging. No incentives and bonuses.

      Pros

      Company went through a lot of changes during my time there. Overall a very friendly environment among co-workers. They invested a lot in training new people out of school and putting them in position to advance their skills quickly. Very good reputation which allowed you to work on good name projects, not commodity work.

      Cons

      Very limited advancement. Of the 15-20 engineers hired out of school in a 3 year span when I started only 2 or 3 remain. Most people develop their skills and then leave for better pay or career opportunities.
