Pay can be good RBT training Certain percentages off select universities Drive time Do your job do it well and the pay and growth can be good

Cons

This is from my experience working there. Lack of professionalism from BCBAs (specify below) BCBAs talking negatively about families As a Tech I was asked to lie several times to families from my BCBA Calls at odd hours from my BCBA (9pm-11:30pm) The BCBA I had consistently spoke microagressions to me.
