Pros

The staff is so welcoming and provide great insight in the field. The families are so warm and welcoming which is great when you are going into their homes. Whenever I have a concern, too, I feel comfortable enough to bring it up to my supervisor/ s and they are quick to address my concern.

Cons

Definitely need to be comfortable with driving.

The hourly rate. Work can be rewarding.

Cons

Staff was not welcoming or very helpful. Lots of cliques and favoritism. Sometimes would need to travel 30+ miles one way to treat a family.
