The kids are fun!

Cons

The company in general is flawed. If you're a therapist - you're at the bottom of the totem pole and that's exactly how they treat you. If you have another career option, I'd definitely go with that. They'll also pass you by if you don't speak up regarding regular raises. They don't exactly care about their employees.

If client cancels, don’t get paid. Use your car a lot.

Cons

No cons. A lot of driving, but you get gas reimbursement.
