Pros

Free coffee and tea. Decent food trucks for lunch. That is all.

Cons

Company is owned by the big banks and so there will never be any equity or stock program for employees. They pay well below market I assume for all positions. It is chaotic and there is no direction for employees starting from their first day at the company. Management will write you up and blame you for issues you were never aware of or trained on. The executive team operates like a "Good old boy club" if you catch my drift. If you are offered an opportunity here or even an interview you should pass unless you like having your career on a treadmill going nowhere.

Pros

Higher than average salary--that's all folks.

Cons

They will work you like a dog while the full time staff sit on their butts and take excessive vacations. No one but contractors work a full 40 hours a week. If you apply for a permanent job,HR/recruitment will make it contract work and bully and lie to you to take it Turn over is excessive, and half the department I worked for, including the manager, quit in the 4 months I was there. The overall company is unorganized and have many security violations, The only way to survive there is to forget your worker's rights and never ever speak up even if you were harassed or violated. You will be walked to the door. The company has such a bad reputation, they are re-branding themselves.
