Pros

Their insurance is kinda decent. It's gotten worse over the last few years.

Cons

Don't believe in unlimited PTO. It doesn't exist. It's only allowed if business deems it so. Just another way to cut costs and take away benefits from the employees.

Pros

None for not work here seriously

Cons

if the work in the FCRA department you will not be treated with respect or with common human decency. the The company likes to be very proud of their office and how pretty it is and how they provide free coffee and water. however, if you get up from your desk more than twice in a day, you will have a meeting and you will be threatened and punished. You will not be treated with. respect you and will be talked down to The managers call the employees lazy to their face. your work will be nickel and dimed. they will do whatever they can never to provide you with your full bonus. if you try to ask questions as to why policies are the the way they are. you will be called in to a meeting about having a negative attitude. your bathroom breaks will be restricted and your water intake and we live in a city that gets to 112 degrees. they like to promote. they have a great corporate culture but I'd they could they would literally chain you to you desk

Pros

Free coffee Good people in the trenches

Cons

-100% political. -Not an actual fraud Operations department or even a fraud department for that matter. -No lexisnexus or real anti fraud software. -Bloated risk engine that isnt user friendly and non-trained "analysts" have access to change the risk engine rules. -Told "analysts" they would be trained to be Certified Fraud Examiners but never followed through. -OFAC detection is a joke. -"Analysts" are told to tell customers that they aren't eligible if there's a technical issue with the Zelle app itself or if there's a "fraud" concern. -You are not allowed to identify yourself as the fraud department because it's not PC and management thinks they're sneaky.
