Pros

Great benefits, good work life balance, flexible management. At times innovative but time to market is a challenge.

Cons

Too much politics. Senior management needs to be changed as they are not competent to move the company ahead to become bigger and better. People are lazy and do not like to get folks involved in getting the company ahead. New ideas are frowned upon as they may create more interesting work. Departments work in their own silos, which does not reflect team work. If you want to just earn a paycheck, then this place may work for you.

Great place if you never want to deliver anything

Pros

Easy work. No long hours. Little pressure to perform. Four weeks PTO. Some friendly people.

Cons

Very little or nothing ever gets delivered. Management is clueless about how to deliver anything. The move to "agile" would help if they knew what they were doing, but they are clueless. Any effort at innovation will be met with severe resistance. Turnover is high among new employees as they are frustrated at inability of management to structure an environment where things get done. Very political and siloed.

A low pressure but mismanaged mess.

Pros

7 hour work day, no micro management, decent starting salary, good benefits, come and go as you wish, out-of-touch managers will never challenge your decision making, the work is really really easy, onsite procurement guru, nice security guards, cool limitless technology, friendly colleagues on a personal level, IT is very responsive and very knowledgeable, awkward but fun employee events, regular companywide all staff meetings with open bars, flushless urinals, restricted rooms, free covered parking available, 4 weeks PTO when starting, casual dress code (jeans everyday all day), executives tells good jokes, physical wellness program, lengthy project timelines, TVs with cable in conference rooms, on site tranquility room, some rooms have ping-pong...

Cons

No incentive to work hard (annual raises are 2% across the board no matter how well or how bad your performance review went). You can actually do nothing and no one will call you out on it and thus there is no accountability. Bureaucracy worst than the federal government (and I worked for the federal government). Internal departments are never on same page and thus act as silos. Legal and compliance issues are slow to be addressed. HR is out-of-touch and come off as puppets of executives. Management is incapable of being hands-on what-so-ever...thus the failure rate for "innovative" projects and any business development initiatives is very high. Silly security procedures are ever evolving to the dissatisfaction of most employees giving you the impression that you work within a super max prision. Most employees evolve into "dead fish" with no real purpose. I reiterate everything the previous 3 reviews detailed.
