      Pros

      Liberal hours away at lunch. Benefits are just average but have free coffee.

      Cons

      No progression into management, security engineering treated like gods and able to pull things off without accountability. Constant battle between IT and security technology. Arrogant management on both sides of the aisle. Too many audits and too many people unwilling to help out when asked. Everyone appears to be out for themselves.

      Pros

      Excellent salary and benefits(4 Weeks of PTO and other government holidays on day one), work-life balance, great culture of promoting people within, wellness programs, company sponsored family events, hitech office building with video conferencing facilities, 24hour security guards, on-site concierge services for your needs, on-site yoga/physical fitness programs, mid-day hiking with your co-workers, dynamic and challenging fraud fighting industry etc. I LOVE the bike check-out program where you could check-out the company bike and go for a ride and business casual dress code all year long.

      Cons

      Sometimes the security policies, approvals and procedures slow down the pace of delivering the product to the market. But given the industry and line of business, it is a necessary evil.
